a very tight schedule. Design of appropriate tools and processes. Supervision of implementation.

> Backwards Integration (Chemical Industry)
Analysis of technical expertise, product segments, distribution channels and supply chains in a fast moving market affected by increasing
price-pressure, decreasing revenues and rapidly changing customer needs. Identification and description of potential projects to develop
the current business. Implementation of two projects, one of which involved the backward integration of a key component in the
production.
Duration of mandate: 4 months
